BNW Developments unveil Tonino Lamborghini Residences on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah

BNW Developments have unveiled the Tonino Lamborghini Residences on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, marking the entry of the Italian lifestyle brand into the emirate’s residential real estate market.

The project reflects the growing momentum of branded residences in Ras Al Khaimah, driven by waterfront development, hospitality-led planning, and investor interest in emerging destinations.

The Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Ras Al Khaimah will comprise 377 units, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with villas, penthouses, and mansions.

Creative direction for the project has been led by Angela Krieger, with interior design by Architect Carlos Rossi. The design integrates Tonino Lamborghini’s Italian aesthetic with planning suited to Ras Al Khaimah’s coastal, mixed-use development environment.
