Delhi skipper Ayush Badoni created a record of sorts as captain by using all eleven players as bowlers in a Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 match against Manipur at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Friday. He himself kept wickets instead of regular wicketkeeper Anuj Rawat.

None of the bowlers could complete their quota of four overs as Manipur were restricted to 120/8 in 20 overs.

Badoni himself bowled two overs for eight runs, picking a wicket.

Harsh Tyagi with 2/11 in three overs and Digvesh 2/8 in three overs were the most successful bowlers for Delhi.

Aayush Singh returned with 1/7 in two overs and Priyansh Arya took one wicket for two runs in one over.

Akhil Chaudhary 0/10 in two, Mayank Rawat 0/31 in three, Aryan Rana 0/11 in one, Himmat Singh 0/10 in one, Yash Dhull 0/5 in one and Anuj Rawat 0/14 in one were the others to roll over their arms.

The target of 121 was not much but Delhi made heavy weather of it.

They were reduced to 44/4 in the seventh over with Arya, Badoni, Himmat and Rawat back in the pavilion.

Yash Dhull, who opened the innings, kept the Delhiites in hunt as he scored unbeaten 59 off 51 balls to take them home. Mayank Rawat chipped in with 18 and Aryan Rana made 13 as Delhi won with nine balls to spare.

Rana and Dhull added 36 for the sixth wicket while Mayank Rawat and Dhull added 40 for the fifth wicket.
