Delhi ended the league stage of Syed Mushtaq Ali T20s on top of Group C, making it to the quarter-finals after winning their last group stage game against Arunachal Pradesh (AP) by 10 wickets on Thursday.
Delhi have 24 points from seven matches, winning six of the games. The only loss Delhi endured was against Jharkhand.
Pace bowler Aayush Singh shone with four wickets for 18 runs in his four overs as AP were restricted to 89/7 on Thursday.
Himanshu Chauhan (1/16), Digvesh (1/11) and Ayush Badoni (1/8) were the other wicket-takers.
Siddharth Balodi, who batted at No. 3, was the top-scorer for AP with 36.
The Ayush Badoni-led Delhi knocked off the runs in 6.1 overs, reaching 92 without loss.
Yash Dhull ended at 35 not out (16 balls) while Priyansh Arya scored 54 not out (21 balls).
The quarter-finals begin on December 11 and will be played in Bengaluru.
Bengal (Group A, 24 points), Baroda (Group B, 24 points), Vidarbha (Group D, 18 points), Andhra (Group E, 20 points) were the other teams to top their respective groups.
All group toppers make it to the quarter-finals straightaway. The second-place finishers will have to compete in the pre-quarterfinals. The pre-quarterfinals will be held on December 9.
