Thunderbolts XI defeat Asia 11 by four wickets while Apex Cricket Club beat Super Kings by five wickets in Elahi Memorial Cricket

New Delhi: Thunderbolts XI defeated Asia 11 Club by four wickets in the 1st Elahi Memorial Old Delhi Cricket Tournament 2026 underway at the St Stephen's Ground here on Friday. The winners chased down the target of 164 with four wickets in hand and four overs to spare.

Wicketkeeper Sharik top-scored with 70 off 41 balls (8x4s, 3x6s) while Daniyal made 42 off 27 balls. Azam took 5/27 for Asia 11 but his spell went in vain.

Earlier, Asia 11 were all out for 163 in 19.2 overs with Azam top-scoring with 38 off 18 balls. Mohammed Asfahan scored 31 off 42 balls (3x4s).

In the second match of the day, Apex Cricket Club beat Super Kings by five wickets. Apex dismissed Super Kings for just 106 in 17.3 overs with Mohammed Faid taking 3/26 in four overs. Abdul Basit took 2/14 while Aarish Ali returned with 2/11. In response, Apex reached the target in 12.5 overs.
