Yash Dhull has been ruled out of the Delhi Premier League due to an injury. The former India under-19 captain and Delhi Ranji Trophy team captain, was captain of the Central Delhi Kings (CDK) before he was replaced by Jonty Sidhu.

Aditya Kumar, a leg-spinner and right-handed batsman, has replaced the right-handed batsman who managed 13, 11, 52, 9, and 8 in the tournament for a total of 93 runs at an average of 18.6. Dhull had scored just one half-century. He would end up playing only in half the number of matches CDK are slated to play.

Aditya played for the Delhi under-19 team in the season gone-by. He represented the Kishan Ganj Gymkhana in the DDCA League, and the number of runs the top-order batsman scored was 334 runs in nine matches with two scores of 90s.

Dhull is looking ahead at the season ahead to return to form that has eluded him in recent times.

The Central Delhi Kings are fighting to stay in contention for a spot in the semi-finals of the inaugural edition of the tournament.
