New Delhi: Synergy Advanced Metals Limited has announced the appointment of Apurva Chandra as an Independent Director with effect from October 15, 2025.
Chandra brings over 32 years of experience and was previously associated with the Government of India, including the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, the Ministry of Labour and Employment, and the Ministry of Defence.

This appointment comes after the company has onboarded Neelkamal Darbari, former Chairperson, National Authority for Chemical Weapons Convention, Government of India, and Arundhati Kar as Independent Directors, underlining the commitment of Synergy Advanced Metals Limited to enhance the diversity of its Board, while reinforcing its focus on governance.
