The Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) will hold its polling and Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 13th, 14th, and 15th December, the election officer Achal Kumar Joti has announced through a notice.
Joti, who was appointed election officer on October 15, issued the notice on November 2 detailing the entire process of the elections.
The draft electoral roll was issued on 25th October while the last date for filing objection on the draft electoral roll/list of members ended on Tuesday, November 5.
The finalisation and publication of electoral roll will be done on November 11, next Monday.
The nominations for the contestants can be filed on November 14, 16, 18, and 19 from 11 am to 3 pm.
The notice of AGM with agenda, notes, and annexures will be published on Tuesday, November 19.
The dates for filing objections and opportunity to remove objections are November 20 and 21 between 11 AM and 4 PM.
Disposal of objections received by Election Officer will be done on November 24 by 7 PM.
The scrutiny of nomination papers by Election Officer will be done on November 25 by 1 pm.
The dates for withdrawal of nominations have been set as December 2 and 3 with the time between 11 am and 4 pm.
The names of the contesting candidates will be published on December 4 by 3 pm.
