Pioneer India reduces MRP of its products after GST rate cut

New Delhi: Pioneer India Private Limited has reduced the Maximum Retail Prices (MRPs) of its key product range following the GST Council’s recent decision to lower tax rates from 28% to 18%.
The revised pricing takes effect from September 22, 2025.
Popular car touch screen models for in-car entertainment / audio upgrades are now retailing at significantly lower prices.
For example, the DMH-Z5290BT/XNID will be available at ₹27,647 (earlier ₹29,990), the MVH-G219BT/XNID at ₹12,805 (earlier ₹13,890), and the DMH-ZF9650BT/XNES at ₹1,07,481 (earlier ₹1,16,590).
Other models across categories have also been updated to reflect the reduced GST rate.
Revised labels with updated MRPs have been shipped from September 22, 2025, ensuring that customers directly benefit from the tax rationalisation.
Pioneer India has also directed its authorised partners and distributors to implement the new pricing across all channels from the effective date.
