What the Ambanis ate during the Mumbai Indians versus Delhi Capitals IPL game

The Indian Premier League game on April 27 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium that was won by the Delhi franchise against the Mumbai franchise saw the Ambani family munching on a light snack

Guess what the Ambani family were munching on throughout the nail-biting thriller between Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Arun Jaitley Stadium on Saturday, April 27.

A pigeon that flew out of the Ferozeshah Kotla ground carried the menu of the owners of the Mumbai Indians to us.

The food was available to them between 1 pm to 6.30 pm.

There was, of course, the assorted coffee and tea station. Then there was the Mini Muffins Bar which had Apple Cinnamon Muffin and Lemon Muffins. There was also the Cookies Jar which included Oatmeal Raisin Cookies and Jam Thumbprint Cookies (an advanced and expensive version of Britannia Jim Jam biscuits).

The appetisers included Mini Vada Pav, Silken Tofu with Pinenuts, Dhokla with Chutney, and Mini Samosa with Chutney.

The desserts comprised Magnum Chocobar, Gianduja Bites (eggless and sugar-free), and Pistachio Cherry Financiers (eggless and sugarfree).

“The family is vegetarian and wanted to munch on something light since it was a day match,” said the pigeon named source from the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA).

The high-scoring match was won by Delhi Capitals by 10 runs, leaving the Mumbai franchise under Hardik Pandya struggling at the second last and ninth position on the points table.

Well, won’t be surprised that the performance of the team had killed the appetite of the Ambanis and there’d be something left for those serving them.
