New Delhi: The 31st edition of Gifts World Expo, regarded as India's largest B2B gifting and sourcing exhibition, will be held from July 30 to August 1, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, bringing together hundreds of exhibitors, thousands of brands and industry buyers from across the country.
Organised jointly by MEX Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd and Messe Frankfurt India, the expo will be co-located with Paperworld Delhi and is expected to host more than 750 exhibitors, showcase over 5,000 brands and 25,000 products, while attracting over 35,000 business visitors.
The three-day exhibition will serve as a major business platform for professionals from sectors including corporate procurement, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, FMCG, IT and pharmaceuticals, offering opportunities for networking, sourcing and business partnerships.
The expo will feature a wide spectrum of gifting solutions across categories such as corporate and promotional gifts, festive and celebration gifting, wedding and trousseau products, awards and rewards, electronic gadgets, home appliances, houseware, luxury gifts, packaging materials, confectionery, beverages, wellness and beauty products, apparel, travel accessories, handicrafts, home décor, home textiles and branding solutions.
This year's edition will introduce several new attractions, including the Start-Up & Innovation Hub, Discovery Hub, Sustainable Innovation Hub, Gift Talks, and an Entertainment Zone. The organisers said these initiatives are designed to help businesses discover emerging trends, showcase innovations, gain industry insights and build strategic partnerships.
The exhibition is supported by industry bodies such as the Corporate Gifts Association of India (CGAI), Handloom Handicrafts Exporters Welfare Association (HHEWA), Sourcing Professionals Alliance (SPA) and the National Jute Board (NJB).
Over the years, Gifts World Expo has established itself as one of India's leading business platforms for the gifting industry, with growing exhibitor participation and international presence.
