While the established marquee and first-class players as well as some of the seasoned players will be the hot properties up for grabs at the Delhi Premier League T20 auctions that will take at the Taj Palace in New Delhi on Sunday, here are some upcoming and talented teenagers that should be discussed by the franchises.

Pranav Pant is a left-handed batsman and a pace bowler
Pranav Pant: The pace bowling all-rounder, who was part of the India under-19 team recently, is among the most talked about youngsters from Delhi. The 18-year-old left-hander was part of the East Delhi Riders squad last season but could not make a huge impression although he has been among runs in the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) League. He is also a handy bowler. He has got between 70-80 in the last three DDCA League games following return from injury that he sustained with the India Under-19 team during the Asia Cup. A proven player, set for the big league. He has also performed well for the Delhi under-19s.

Arnav Bugga is a top-order batsman
Arnav Bugga: The left-handed opener led the LB Shastri Cricket Club to title win at the DDCA Hot Weather League. The 17-year-old is an attacking batsman who has combined with Aaryavir Sehwag at the top for the Delhi under-19s and performed well. He was part of the Purani Dilli 6 squad last year and was more in the learning phase. With responsibility of leading the club in a couple of tournaments, he has gained confidence. Like Pant, he is a proven player and ready for the big league.

Aaryavir Sehwag is a top-order batsman
Aaryavir Sehwag: The right-handed batsman reminds one of his father's batting, matching his style. Being Virender Sehwag's son carries with it a weight of expectations. But the 17-year-old has done well at the start so far. He made 297 for Delhi under-19 against Meghalaya and has been scoring runs in DDCA League as well as the T20 League, giving his club, Hind Cricket Club, quickfire starts. His brother Vedant Sehwag, an off-spinner, has also done well and was part of the Delhi under-16 team.

Agamjyot Singh is a top-order batsman
Agamjyot Singh: The 18-year-old batsman, who is also a leg-spinner, has been among the runs this season. He picked cricket on the insistence of his grandfather, who was fond of cricket, and has been among the runs this season. He has aggregated over a 1000 runs (1039 runs) in DDCA Open League and Hot Weather matches. He has three centuries and seven fifties in 14 matches. He averaged over 108 in the DDCA Open League and 168.5 in the DDCA Hot Weather. The right-hander was top of the list of run-getters in DDCA Open League in Elite Group and eighth across Delhi. In the DDCA Hot Weather, he was second highest run-getter across Delhi. He also played a key role in helping Delhi win the School Nationals a couple of years back.

Kirit Kaushik is a left-arm spinner
Kirit Kaushik: The 17-year-old left-arm spinner is among the brightest prospects in the Delhi cricket circuit. He picked 15 wickets across nine matches of the DDCA Open League (one-dayers) including two four-wicket hauls. He also got a four-wicket haul in the DDCA Hot Weather, against Rajnigandha in the quarterfinals. Kaushik was part of the Delhi under-19 team, taking nine wickets and aggregating 120 runs. He is also a handy batsman.

Aditya Bhandari is a batsman and an off-spinner
Aditya Bhandari: The right-hander is an attacking batsman and is also a handy off-spinner who can pick important wickets. The 19-year-old was part of the Delhi under-19 team for the Vinoo Mankad Trophy and scored 150 runs in five matches. He also got 90 runs in two Cooch Behar Trophy matches. However, an ACL injury forced him to miss the DDCA Open League. But he returned to score in DDCA Hot Weather, aggregating 120 runs in two matches and also came up with match-winning performances in local cricket tournaments like the Goswami Ganesh Dutt T20.

Siddharth Joon is a wicketkeeper-batsman while Siddhant is a pace bowling all-rounder
Joon brothers: Siddharth and Siddhant Joon are twins with the former just seven minutes older. Both are 18. Siddharth is a wicketkeeper-batsman while Siddhant is a pace bowling all-rounder. The two have been doing well in the DDCA cricket season with Siddharth creating a record of smashing 41 runs in an over in a T20 game. Siddharth scored 240 runs in three innings of DDCA Hot Weather League and was sixth highest run-getter. Siddhant has 182 runs in three innings in T20 League at a strike rate if 260. Scored 180 (1 hundred and 1 fifty) runs in three innings of Hot Weather Tournament and finished in top 10 on leaderboard.

Pradyuman Sanan is a pace bowler
Pradyuman Sanan: The 16-year-old right-arm pace bowler performed well in the DY Patil T20 Cup and is one of the future prospects for the Delhi team. He was among the top wickettakers for the DY Patil T20 Cup, scalping 10 victims. He has played for Delhi under-16s and performed. He picked five wickets in five balls during the trials for the 2023-24 season which brought him into focus. The right-arm pace bowler has earned rave reviews He is tall, can work up pace and has the ability to move the ball. He has earned rave reviews from Paras Mhambrey.

Aman Chaudhary is a left-arm spinner
Aman Chaudhary: The left-arm spinner has 13 wickets in six matches of Premier 1 division. The 19-year-old represented Delhi under-19s and picked five wickets in the only match he played. In the one-dayers for Delhi under-19s, he picked seven wickets in five matches. He is known to turn the ball on all sorts of pitches.

Shubham Dubey is a right-arm pace bowler
Shubham Dubey: The 19-year-old pace bowler is known to bowl precise yorkers, an example of which was evident during the Goswami Ganesh Dutt T20 semifinals at the St Stephen's College Ground when he bowled a well-set Dev Lakra. He also won his team, Madras Cricket Club the first match of the tournament, defending 10 runs in the last over by bowling yorkers. He represented the Delhi under-19s, picked three wickets in three one-dayers and five wickets in two multi-day matches. He played three DDCA Open League matches and picked five wickets. He then went to Nepal with the Delhi under-19 team.
